Yo I had to come on here and make a review because...... This shit is delicious!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could . I'm typing with BBQ sauce on my fingers , cause I can't put this shit down. The food is good as hell.

Let me tell ya! This was some of thee best food from the Islands in Virginia!!! First let me start with Marissa she was amazing. Not only is she phenomenal she also pays attention to detail. When a host goes out of there way to remember your name and makes your evening by asking about the food. Making sure you enjoy every onuce. But the chef even came out and spoke with us for a little bit and recommended dishes as well. Brought me a homemade Jerk sauce that was absolutely delicious! I can not tell you one bad thing about this place. I will ALWAYS be a loyal customer to this establishment! They have done everything right! I will be back tomorrow for those Jerk Wings!!!!

It wasn't very crowded during my initial foray into this local eatery. I've lived up the street almost 4 years and never knew what I was missing. The burger was juicy and gooey, just like I like it ... topped with brisket and BBQ. Oh my gosh, it was really good, but very messy to eat. Thank goodness there's a roll of paper towels on every table! The macaroni and cheese was enjoyable too. Maybe next time I'll try their mac and cheese bites.

Bubba-N-Frank's had a huge variety of food - I was expecting the typical BBQ menu of chopped BBQ, pulled BBQ, brisket, chicken, etc. They also have Philly sandwiches, chicken and dumplings, and more. The menu was so full I didn't get a chance to take it all in. I got the chopped BBQ, NC style and it was very good - stacked high with hot pork. The tenderness and flavor was some of the best I've had. Hush puppies are also good. Staff is friendly, they'll help you make a selection if you can't decide what to have. I'd go back again if I was in the area.

The pork rinds are the real deal. The fried catfish was extra clean and not fishy at all. The burger was also delicious. I also live the history behind this place. If ever I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

I was very impressed. I ordered the chopped pork sandwich (NC Style) and sweet potato wedges. There was a slight wait for the food, but while I waited, the cashier brought out chips and salsa, which I thought was odd for a BBQ joint, but they were pretty good. My food came out piping hot! The sandwich was piled high with meat and the bun was toasted. It melted in my mouth. The sweet potato wedges were hot, crispy and good. The staff was also very friendly. Seemed like they were familiar with many of the customers. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Always a hit, I Love how everything taste fresh and smells wonderfully smokey, and there's soooo much choices! . Also, found out they have a loyal Customer card and once you get (I forget if it's 10 or 12 orders) you get a free kids meals or $9.89 taken off your next meal. Plenty of parking and seats, FANTASTIC Customer service as well.

Incredible BBQ with authentic southern soul sides! They also had a ton off BBQ and Mexican food combined food, like a brisket quesadilla. Their smoked sausage and fried okra were delicious!!!
